What These Terms Cover

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the Labet8 platform is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are effective from the moment you complete the registration process and click "I Agree" or any equivalent confirmation. Continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Labet8 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly.

2. Player Eligibility

To register and play on Labet8, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players aged 18–20 may be permitted in certain jurisdictions where local law allows, but this must be confirmed before registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a prior ban from any licensed gaming platform.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Labet8. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Labet8 may require you to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license) to complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed.

4. Deposits and Payments

Labet8 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or transfers from third-party accounts not in your name. Any deposit made from a payment method not registered in your name will be rejected and returned, minus any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at Labet8 are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for most verified accounts during regular processing hours. Requests submitted outside processing hours may take up to one business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Labet8 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Labet8 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while a fraud or security review is in progress.
• Labet8 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals to unverified accounts are limited to a cumulative total of ₱5,000 until full KYC is completed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Labet8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited in bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

• Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party program to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or using Labet8 to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors. Any winnings obtained through a known exploit will be reversed.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Labet8 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

9. Responsible Gaming

Labet8's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. Players may close their account by submitting a written request to support@labet8.best. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

Labet8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — without prior notice — for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, regulatory direction, or any other activity that Labet8 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its player community.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Labet8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
