How to Log In to Labet8 — Full Guide
Logging in to your Labet8 account is deliberately straightforward. We built the login experience for Pinoy players who are often on mobile data, sometimes juggling a busy schedule, and want to get into their games without jumping through hoops.
The login form at the top of this page supports two methods: email or username + password, and mobile number + OTP. Both methods are equally secure. The mobile OTP method is especially useful if you have forgotten your password or prefer not to type it on a shared device.
Method 1: Email or Username Login
Enter the email address you registered with, or your chosen username (the one you set during sign-up). Then type your password and hit Sign In. If you enabled "Remember Me," your email or username will be pre-filled the next time you visit on the same device — just enter your password and you're in.
Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure Caps Lock is not accidentally on. If the login fails after one or two tries, use the "Forgot password?" link below the password field rather than guessing — accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed attempts as a security measure.
Method 2: Mobile Number + OTP
Switch to the Mobile tab in the login form and enter your registered Philippine mobile number (10 digits starting with 9 — do not include the +63 prefix, the form adds it automatically). Tap "Send OTP" and a 6-digit one-time PIN will be sent via SMS to your number. Enter the digits in the boxes and confirm. OTPs expire after 5 minutes, so enter them promptly. If the SMS does not arrive within a minute, tap "Resend."
This method does not require you to remember your password, making it ideal if you are logging in from a new device or after a long break. Note that your mobile number must be the one registered on your Labet8 account — you cannot use a different number to log in.
Forgot Your Password?
Click the "Forgot password?" link to open the password reset dialog. Enter your registered email address and we will send a reset link within a few minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes for security reasons. Click it, set a new password, and you are back in.
If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support at support@labet8.best with the subject line "Account Recovery." Have your registered mobile number and date of birth ready — our team will verify your identity and help you regain access.
Pro tip: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings after you log in. It pairs your password with a one-time code from an authenticator app or SMS, meaning no one can access your account even if they somehow get hold of your password.
Login Issues? Common Fixes
Account temporarily locked: This happens after several consecutive failed login attempts. The lock automatically lifts after 30 minutes. If you need access sooner, contact support.
OTP not received: Check that you have mobile signal and that the number you entered matches your registered number exactly. If you are using a dual-SIM phone, ensure the SIM with the registered number is active. Tap "Resend" if more than 90 seconds have passed.
Password reset email not arriving: Check your Spam or Junk folder first — transactional emails occasionally land there. If it is not there after 5 minutes, try again or contact support.
Browser issues: If the login page looks broken or the form is not responding, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on desktop, pull-to-refresh on mobile) or switch to Chrome or Safari. Clearing browser cache also resolves most display issues.
Keeping Your Login Secure
Your Labet8 account holds real Philippine Peso — treat it accordingly. A few habits make a significant difference:
- Use a unique password you have not used on any other site. A password manager makes this effortless.
- Never log in on someone else's device without logging out when you are done. Use private/incognito mode on shared devices.
